FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is your typical lead time for EU orders?
Delivery to the EU is FCA or DAP once production is complete, duty-free under DCFTA where applicable. Production lead time depends on complexity — typically 2-4 weeks for a first order, faster on repeat series.
Are you ISO certified?
ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certification is in progress. Until certification is complete, we take on orders in segments that don't require it — machine parts, brackets, enclosures and sub-assemblies.
What order quantities do you accept?
We're built for series of 100-5,000 units — large enough to matter, small enough that bigger producers and typical Asian minimum order quantities don't fit.
Can you develop a part or product from scratch?
Yes. Our engineering bureau can design a part or product from a sketch or requirement, including ODM and white-label production under your brand.
What materials do you work with?
Steel and stainless steel across all price segments. Aluminum is available, positioned for higher-value parts, since Ukraine has no primary aluminum smelting and raw material is sourced internationally.
What are your payment terms and Incoterms?
New clients: 30-50% prepayment, invoicing in EUR, DAP Incoterms. A video audit of the shop floor is available on request.
